A friendly boutique yoga and breathwork studio in centre of Cheltenham, offering a full range of classes to support health and wellbeing.

Alongside our yoga and breathwork classes, we also offer workshops, wellbeing events and corporate breathwork sessions designed to help individuals and teams to reduce stress, build resilience and feel their best.

We offer a wide range of classes designed to support movement, breath and deep relaxation. From energising yoga and gentle relaxation practices to powerful breathwork sessions, our classes help improve strength, flexibility, focus, and overall wellbeing. Corporate Breathwork

Corporate breathwork sessions offer a powerful way to support wellbeing, focus and resilience in the workplace. Delivered in person or on line. These guided sessions teach simple breathing techniques that help reduce stress, improve clarity and boost energy throughout the working day. Its a practical, accessible tool that helps teams feel calmer, think more clearly and perform better.

For those who prefer a more individual approach, all our teachers offer private 1:1 yoga or breathwork, or a combination of the both. Ideal for anyone wanting deeper guidance and a supportive environment.
